No more soap sales + being copied
I have discontinued soap sales, at least temporarily. I have had a lot of fun over 18 years making soap and meeting so many other interesting people. Thank you everyone .
Maybe I will get back to it again later, but meanwhile I will be making only for personal use and gifting..

what a dreadful day..wind and fire
the smoke, coming from the Blue Mountains, was bad enough for me to leave the house and go find a spot with less smoke around 4.30 pm.
fortunately i did not have to go far.........Pennant Hills park was relatively smoke free compared to here and allowed the dog to walk around.
the sky was horrendous but my photos don't really illustrate that very clearly
leaving home....just around the corner.
smoke from the Mountains
down the road a bit
pennant hills park....sun peeping thro
huge gums at pennant hills with smoke behind
pennant hills again
setting sun shining on the trees
looking east from Pennant Hills park....some smoke maybe from up north
added to the mix
by then it was cool, the wind had eased and my area of the world
was obviously clearer for me to breathe some more.
so we came home. dog was very happy to revisit the park
as it is a haven for tossed out take away
food containers .
she is always hopeful that she will find something and
i dont notice she has found it. the hunt is everything.
soap for october
strawberry and cream
blue lavender with gold veins running thro.
there is/was a purple one done the same but i lost the photo!!
pink sugar which is very much vanilla ....hence the dark brown colour.
smells divine.
provence....always fresh and clean

Kirrabilli
I went there yesterday and took a few quick photos.
it is gentrified ......but not too much around the railway area.
random shots of the shops, houses and harbour and the bridge
looking west under the bridge with Anzac bridge in the background
city skyline with some rather large boat parked at the International terminal
these two shots looking at the under works of the road leading to the bridge
a tiny edge view of the bridge
bridge supports within the park
note the street closed signs ready for Navy week/weekend
mid day traffic on the bridge...taken from the station
looking around the suburbs
roses peeping out of the railway fencing
part of the streetscape in Pymble east side
graffiti Pymble bus shelter
azaleas and looking thro train doors to the other side
a shop full of girly party sort of stuff
more streetscape
umbrellas in window of purple girly shop
a plaque in the same shop
two houses i liked
a huge tree trunk in Wahroonga outside of the station
a shop that has been there as long as i remember
i had a camera problem and the son was looking to see what he figured it was and took this photo. i think there are too many cameras and phones ...not counting my old phone that is not there
